How do I open a Toby Tiger wholesale account?

We just need you to answer a few questions about you and your business. It doesn’t take long, and we’ll get back to you within two working days about whether your application has been successful. To get started, please click here.

 

Do you sell to web-only businesses?

Of course! Simply apply for a wholesale account and tell us about you and your business. If you’re approved, you’ll be able to order from us straight away.

 

Do you have a minimum order level?

No! We know that all wholesalers are unique, so we don’t have a minimum order level. This is so you can select the amount that’s right for your shop.

 

What’s your carriage-free delivery?

We offer free delivery on UK orders over £500. Outside the UK but within the EU, delivery is free on orders over €1000. Head to our Delivery page for more on our delivery timings and pricing.

 

Can I top up stock?

If we have it in stock, then go right ahead! Simply place your order on our easy-ordering system and choose your delivery date. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

After you’ve placed an order with us, you have up to 28 days to make any changes and we won’t charge you anything for doing this. If you make any amends or cancel your order after 28 days, we charge 20% of the original order total. This is because our total stock is ordered based on wholesale orders.

 

How does payment work?

The first three orders you place with us are pro forma. After this, you can apply for a credit account, but we can't guarantee that you’ll be accepted. Please note, credit accounts are for UK customers only. If you have any problems or questions about payment, email us at info@tobytiger.com and we’ll help to sort it out.

Can I be an exclusive Toby Tiger seller in my area?

We like all children’s clothes shops to have the opportunity to sell Toby Tiger, but if you’d like to talk to us more about this in more detail, please call us on 01903 766777.

 

Can I use your photos for my shop use?

Yes! We’re more than happy for you to use our images to showcase Toby Tiger clothes. We have a range of flat product photography and gorgeous lifestyle shots. If you have a wholesale account, you can download images from there. It’s as easy as that!

 

Can you visit us with your collection?

We love meeting our wholesale customers and, in some cases, we can arrange to visit you with our clothing range, but it’s not always possible. If you prefer you can make an appointment to see us at the various tradeshows we attend in the UK and Europe throughout the year. Get in touch and we'll book you in. We look forward to meeting you!

What do I do if I receive a faulty product?

Please tell us as soon as you can if something’s not right. We may need to see photos of the fault or for you to send the item/s back to us. Give us a call on 01903 766777 so that we can help.
